Winnebago to reduce pollutants entering Blue Earth River

The University of Minnesota Extension Service explains how the town of Winnebago plans to reduce pollutants on the Blue Earth River, a tributary of the Minnesota River. With a loan from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and other funds, the town will upgrade infrastructure and reduce water volume and pollution entering the river beginning next year.
